On Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, The Lode published an article titled “Student medical society seeks bone marrow donors: Bone marrow registry drive at MTU sets out to add more donors with the potential to save lives” regarding the upcoming bone marrow drive hosted by the Society of Medical Laboratory Scientists (SMLS), which inaccurately stated that the drive would be held on “Tuesday, Feb. 18.” The drive will actually be held on Wednesday, Feb. 18, according to SMLS President Marissa Ritter. Furthermore, this upcoming Tuesday is on Feb. 17, not Feb. 18.
