The concerts feature music from the standard repertoire and often incorporate visual arts, spoken word, dance and other formats for overwhelming performances. It is comprised of select musicians, the best of the best, most of them are students at the Tech, who perform a variety of historical and national styles. Remarkably, this ensemble is comprised of individuals who are professionals in fields other than music. To contribute and participate in this ensemble, students enrolled at Tech are invited to attend the ensemble’s first rehearsals and encouraged to enroll in the course FA3401 before the auditions.

The concert commences at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The cost of attending is $13.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. However, there is no charge for Michigan Tech students who have paid the Experience Tech fee. Residents of the UP are all invited to be a part of the invigorating experience.
