The first ever good news I received from Michigan Tech was through an email I got from you. It confirmed my admittance. Afterward, I was almost in regular contact with you regarding my visa and I20. One thing that really surprised me was how quick you always were to reply back.
I remember because of postal issues, I did not receive my I20 the first two times you sent it to my address. My visa interview was in 10 days and I ordered it again. You immediately went back and re-sent the documents on the same date. I cannot thank you enough for your quick actions.
I know I was not an exception. You receive a lot of requests like this every day and you quickly resolve all the issues we face.
It is you who helps all the international students during the application process by ensuring our documents get where they need to be when they need to be there. Thank you so much for being so helpful.
